The Worm Staff is Hard Mode Minion Staff which can be occasionaly obtained for completing Hunting Quests. Upon use it spawns Eater of World minion that's slightly smaller than original boss. Unlike other minions, using the staff again - multiple worms do not spawn. Instead, first spawned worm becomes larger by one segment, increasing its size and damage.

- Due to it being Corruption-themed, Worm Staff can only be obtained in Corruption worlds.
- There's no Crimson-themed minion to be obtained from Hunting Quests. Instead, player can get The Brain of Cthulhu which is a yoyo.
