The Smoke Grenade is an explosive that can be found in Chests or purchased from the Demolitionist for 5 
a grenade. It behaves exactly like a normal Grenade, but releases a plume of blinding smoke upon explosion that will inflict the Confused debuff on anything (including the player) in its range. It will also do half the damage of a regular Grenade.
