The Futuristic Stynger is an upgraded version of the Stynger. It is dropped by the Cyborg Golem with a 1 in 2 chance. When it drops, 60-99 Futuristic Stynger Bolts drop with it. When fired, the bolts home in on enemies and then explode, dealing 53 damage. The bolt then explodes into 5-10 pieces of shrapnel, which fly off. If these pieces hit something, they will create a smaller explosion dealing 28 damage.
